Pros

You will learn a great deal, but it will be because you will have to train yourself in order to stay ahead and on top of your work. The office staff is very nice, but are mislead by upper management. The patient care is exceptional and the providers do a great job, but often leave early on in their career with MD at Home because of problems with upper management, which is a shame because the business could be successful if not for these issues with management.

Cons

As a salaried employee, I was expected to work 50+ hours each week. Though it was never stated, it was expected in order to "get the job done". The expectations of the jobs are not clear, and there is far too much work for the few staff members they have. The turnover rate is terrifying. Management does not value their employees input, and continuously watch them struggle without even attempting to assist them with helpful resources or support. They would rather cut back on staffing and overwhelm their employees to the point of quitting or seeking employment elsewhere than have enough staff to perform all required responsibilities and tasks of the company, which has a large impact on patient care and quality based care. Furthermore, it is a toxic work environment with negativity and distain stemming from problems in upper management.
