not really any cons for now

Industry changing innovative products, awesome smart co-workers who genuinely like and respect each other the CEO and executives have their s&!t together (super refreshing). The company really values and empowers employees. Even though we have a casual office environment, they have high standards and expect us to get results quickly. So far, I’ve seen that they give us the resources we need and the support to get it done. That’s just how I like it; set the bar high and give me what I need to blow out my goals. I live locally and work out of our cool new Santa Monica headquarters on Main Street and love the location and my commute. The company encourages an active and healthy lifestyle so tons of healthy snacks (fresh fruit, yogurt, hummus, protein bars, cereal, coffee, drinks etc. No cookies and candy in our break room). The benefits are really good and MD Insider pays 100% for my employee benefits. Also nice to work for a well funded start up who seems to be fiscally minded and not spending money on dumb stuff.

Some of my co-workers have tough long commutes, but we have flexible work hours so they are able to come in and leave later to not sit in rush hour traffic.
