It’s good company to work great team

I don’t know what to say what they need to say

- Made friends through trauma bonding - Manager was practically absent so no micromanaging

- The worst workplace I’ve ever worked for, no on board training, no systems in place - Manages treat direct reports terribly with clear favouritism towards some individuals. - People talk badly behind everyone’s back - No visibility over what’s going on in the team, a lot of secrecy about team projects with only a select few being allowed to know - Extremely last-minute tasks and projects, especially when the CEO changes things at the last minute - No recognition for good work - No support from your direct manager. It’s basically funding for yourself out her in a workplace full of really rude people.
