Pros

I have been with this company as a remote CSR working on the Covid-19 Vaccination project for a little over a month. So far the only pros are being able to work from home, and the decent pay for this current project. The direct supervisors are nice, and the co-workers are lovely. Everything else is a complete &*%$ Show.

Cons

-Non existent management -Clueless "Supervisors" -Useless training -Constantly being threatened with termination, being accused of not adhering to lunch/break schedules, as well as accusations from upper management for not answering calls-when this could not be farther from the truth. Moral sucks. -If you are lucky enough to receive your pay at all, or in a timely manner, be sure to double check your hours as they will likely short you. It is like pulling teeth to get the numerous payroll issues resolved. -PTO, Sick, Time, Benefits? All of these things are advertised, but as a full time employee they are never mentioned again once hired. There is no direct HR contact, you much go through your "Supervisor" for any issues. Frankly, I do not think this person should know all of my business when it comes to pay and benefits, but maybe that's just me? -I have had 3 different "Supervisors" during my month long tenure.

You are master over your experience wherever you are. This job is proof of that. I've been employed over 5 years and my experience at MCI has exceeded every other job I've ever held in every way possible. Support from management, growth opportunities and accountability are in place to help you reach every goal you have set for your life within the realm of this industry and beyond.

Pros

The training I received at MCI has been outstanding and has prepared me exceptionally well for my role. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping employees succeed. The training program provided a thorough understanding of company policies, systems, and customer service expectations while offering hands-on experience that built my confidence. I especially appreciate the supportive learning environment and the continuous guidance provided throughout the process. Thanks to MCI's comprehensive training, I feel well-equipped to deliver excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team from day one.
