      Good people to work with, lots of business, bosses are really nice, good exposure to new scientific techniques.

      Cons

      Can feel a little like high school sometimes. Pay is not the worst but not the best.

      Pros

      Good learning experience. Great attitude towards their employees. Great Work Ethic. Very Friendly. 3-4 family meets and greets a year. Experience in a top Pharmaceutical company like Pfizer.

      Cons

      Since it is a new company, the pay for new graduates may be low. It's an hours drive away from Raleigh in a town called Rocky Mount which is nit the safest place to live
