      Pros

      We are doing all devolpment and licensing from external funds to big projects (energy projects with solar, storage, transmissiona lines and distribution) at Africa to reduce the risk of not receive the payments. This projects have a huge impact in the community and that is something very pleasure too.

      Cons

      The company grew very fast and we need improve the organization and structure the processes.
