Pros
I've really enjoyed my time at MBN so far. I've worked for other recruitment companies and this is by far the best. I've been challenged to fulfil my potential and this has resulted in promotions and great earnings. The company has a very good reputation in the market - this helps when talking to new companies as there is agood story of success to tell.
Cons
Things have changed over the years (for the better) - as the company is growing there are more processes in place and it feels like a very professional environment to work in.
