Pros
Great technology in some areas. Hopefully more changes will ensue with the Getinge group taking over.
Cons
Culture is horrific, people are bullied and leave, a big change over, management has changed and no real leadership. De-motivating when it is easier to deal with your customers than internal inadequacy. Hard to compete when products are not arriving.
