Pros
Big company, lots going on, always jobs to be filled. There were attempts to make ManTech a preferred workplace but they were lacking the creativity and commitment to be successful. For example, casual Fridays. Nice thought but not going to win people over.
Cons
Big company, lots going on, easy to become just a number. Lack of community and cohesion throughout the company. Benefits are nothing to write home about. Lots of moments that made me question the morality of who I was working with.
