Pros
It's a mid sized gov't contractor, so they aren't going out of business anytime soon. Decent pay/benefits, but that's about it.
Cons
Management at this company is severely lacking. Too much focus on internal politics, not enough focus on serving employees/customers. Some managers need EQ training, others are just overworked. Not much room for growth/advancement, despite what they will preach over and over.
