Fun place to work - Quality Engineer MA Industries Employee Review

I've been with MA Industries for close to 18 months after spending nearly 30 years at various other companies in the Newnan & Peachtree City (GA) area. All of my experiences to this point have been very positive. Our new President/CEO is bringing positive change and a family type atmosphere to the workplace. I'm excited to be here and part of this fantastic team.

The building is a little dated and can be a little warm during the summertime heat. But, other than that, I have zero complaints.

There are really no great reasons to work here that make this place stand out from other manufacturing companies. It's a paycheck if you need one.

It's a manufacturing company so a majority of people will just clock in, do one thing over and over again for 8 hours, then clock out. It's some soul-crushing, monotonous work. You will never be excited to go to work here.
