      Pros

      if you work with local market planner & manager in Jakarta & other office for instance you will have good and capable leader & experts. some of them are really smart and exceed beyond industry expectation.

      Cons

      Really bad politics, especially Grab account, it wasn't what it used to be. Current senior leader are making the work environment worse and too much politics instead of what it used to be. you'll often see someone getting sidelined and your growth sabotaged if you disagree.

Leadership is supportive and loves proactive, ambitious people. It's great place to gain tons of experience in performance marketing.

      Cons

      Would love to see even more investment in AI innovation. It's a global business so you might have to be flexible with your availability. The global aspect is a big positive but it can also make co-workers seem quite far away from your region's day-to-day.
