Take good care of employees - Electrical Estimator M P Husky Employee Review

I loved working at MP Husky. This was an opportunity that allowed me to develop quality systems while working with extremely knowledge and caring staff and owners.

The only con is the amount of time it took to get extra vacation. I would have liked to have gotten more than 2 weeks after 5 years.

No pros to mention here

Management is a disaster. They have no clue what they’re doing, no direction, and no interest in listening to employees. Communication is non-existent, problems get swept under the rug, and when things blow up, they blame everyone else instead of owning it. It’s honestly embarrassing how poorly run this place is, the people in charge are the biggest obstacle to the company’s success
