Pros

Working at Lyten has been an exercise in personal growth, career-building, and enriching interpersonal connections. Working in people operations in such an environment that is both fast-paced and flexible to internal and external changes has taught me a great deal both about the human resources and materials science industries. Every team I have worked with, whether they are my People Operations fellows or hands-on nanomaterials engineers, has demonstrated the work ethics and integrity engendered by the company culture. Everyone is willing to lend each other a hand and to strive for better results, which in turn has encouraged me to work harder and challenge myself to rise to their examples.

Cons

The fact that our company is still small means things are always evolving; while this is mostly a good thing, sometimes it means having to keep up with a faster or slower pace that changes speeds and courses on short notice.

Thank you for taking time to share your experience and for highlighting the strengths of our culture, cross-training opportunities, and the team's willingness to support one another. We also recognize that being part of a fast-paced startup often means frequent pivots and new challenges. While this can be demanding, we're continually working on finding the right balance to ensure growth opportunities are paired with support and clarity. Your feedback helps us improve that balance.

Pros

Good for short term job

Cons

Very bad and no future, all managers and supervisors may get layoffs any time without warning because they hired all uneducated managers so employees had no chance to stay long at Lyten.
