Pros
Great opportunities for grads, people aren't pigeonholed, lots of opportunities for growth early on in career. Directors are very hands on but in a supportive way, not a micromanaging way, social culture is great, good flexibility options.
Cons
Not as structured in some ways as larger firms which sometimes can be challenging. Can be long hours but management of this is vastly improving, decision-making can be slow somtimes. Long-term career path could be clearer.
