- Base Pay leaves much to be desired. The commission structure started in 2020 definitely gave a large bump over the previous structure but without a consistent influx of traffic for tours, the leasing staff is reduced to a front of house hourly customer service job.
- At times it felt like the bottom line was more important than the success of the team at the property. Sticking to the bottom line meant the goals set for the teams and bonuses attached to those goals were never going to be met.
