Pros
Timing
Old Indian corporate environment
Good location but co working space
Really good ethics and behaviour from Korean office
Cons
- Micromanagement at its peak - they want you to work 8 hours continuously without break.
- no proper feedback
- no attention to details
- overseas fulltime employees are termed as freelance without informing, so no documentation will be provided.
- there is no proper documentation work in the whole management even no yearly calendar- had to approve everything holiday from ceo.
- no appointment letter after probation ends- as they forgot to give
- no system of notice period, reliving letter and other important documents if you ask for it, they will ignore.
- hassle and proactive culture
- salary always late and random deductions due to overseas transactions.
- office politics is its peak with proper groupism, where the one who wants to end the roots of office politics is actually the initiator.
Hence i can go on and on but want to stop here to save my time. But working from home is better as you will be directly in contact with Korea rather than India
