I found the previous comment particularly relevant, as I, too, worked closely with the global coordinator, who brings over 20 years of experience and is now part of a respected, long-standing NGO. Unfortunately, it is disheartening to witness how certain leadership styles can impact the organization’s reputation. My experience with this individual included a high level of micromanagement and a noticeable lack of trust, often requiring team members to provide screenshots of their communications on platforms like Skype or Teams to verify tasks. This approach can create a challenging environment and may not align with the organization’s valued principles.
