Pros
The best part of this job is some of the other employees that you get to work with. You can "flex" your work hours if needed for appointments. This job can be remote, in office or both.
Cons
They have to be using a pay scale from the 1990's, We work overtime weekly and for most of us it is so we can pay bills and afford food. Management has the attitude that you should kiss their feet for your job and if you don't then feel free to use the door because there is 100 people waiting for your job. When you sign your work contract they do not tell you that at any time, they can change what is required of you and then make it "your decision" to accept the changes or quit. Not enough room in the section to state all the bad sides of working for CHS which owns Lutheran currently.
