Pros
I’ve been working in the entertainment industry for over ten years, and honestly, there aren’t many companies with a culture like Lussier. It’s a positive, respectful, and genuinely fun place to work.
The team is professional but friendly, and the projects are creative for varieties of clients and they are very collaborative. Everyone really has a voice. If you’re trying to improve things or bring new ideas, it doesn’t go unnoticed by management. People genuinely care about the quality of what they do.
Like many creative agencies in entertainment, there are occasional late hours. it’s just part of the industry. That said, management is very understanding and flexible, as long as deadlines are met and the work stays strong.
Cons
Can't think of any cons. I've been very happy here
