Pros

Really good talent, people are high performers and you can learn a lot from them. You can gain insights into recruiting in various countries and develop a better understanding of international markets. Additionally, you'll acquire the skill of identifying problematic companies before becoming involved with them again.

Cons

It's unfortunate to say, but the only positive reviews about this company are from the CEO's practice of asking employees to write 5-star reviews. The company is struggling to attract new talent and acquire new clients. During my time here, I did not receive the commissions promised to me, and the CEO attempted to evade this by not including any mention of commissions or bonuses in the employment contract. It was seemingly at his discretion, despite his initial promises of regular payment. Sadly, this is a tendecy, former employees confirmed the same happened to them, with the same excuse. The company lacks a clear vision for its direction, resulting in confusion regarding roles and responsibilities, which ultimately affects the employees negatively. The CEO frequently changes roles and plans, often on a monthly basis, and then blames employees for poor performance when, in reality, he struggles with effective leadership, motivation, and scaling the business without resorting to threats of termination. His rudeness and tendency to make employees feel inadequate or replaceable only exacerbates the toxic work environment. He makes it clear that good performers are treated favorably, while those who struggle are subjected to constant pressure until they improve, creating a stressful atmosphere. Although he acknowledges some of his mistakes, the CEO tends to repeat them when facing pressure due to poor performance. In my opinion, he is the primary reason why so many people leave the company. As a current employee, I can affirm that the negative reviews posted by former employees on this platform are accurate. Working here is a waste of both money and time.

Pros

Pays in USD (although is not a competitive salary)

Cons

All what I’m about to say could be checked with former employees (or even current). This is a company that has ZERO respect for work and life balance. They try to sell as the greatest option because they pay in dollars, but believe me when I say it’s not worth it. You’ll work 24/7 in a toxic environment which probably won’t change with any strategy because the one that creates it is the CEO & founder. They fire people for fun, and make sure that anytime you want to call them out on their mistakes they’ll fire you as soon as they can because the CEO won’t accept that he’s doing something wrong. Besides all of this, I think is very relevant to add that they treat their employees like numbers. Once you start working there, you’re not a human for them and after you leave they’ll keep inventing things to their employees to justify their unfair decisions (they don’t care if it’s a lie, they’ll tell that you’re doing sneaky things, you’re a drug addict or whatever they need to do to make it seem right). I learned a lot though. I’m glad they didn’t burn my talent but definitely would not recommend to anyone. Before getting into this prison call a former employee. Any positive thing that you see here probably was an order from the CEO to the current team, don’t trust that.
