Hospice is a hard industry to work in. It takes a special person to work with the dying. A company that knows this and takes care to make sure their employees have what they need to care for these patients and families, is a blessing. Luminos is that company. I came back to hospice just to work for this company. I’m glad I did.

As fast as we are growing, it does make it difficult at times to keep up with recruiting enough Volunteers to meet the 5% requirement. This is a good problem to have though. :)
