      Pros

      I worked here for more than 4 years. 1) Being a product based company, offers lots of opportunities for raw developers to work on new things. 2) Abroad outing once in a couple of years 3) Uber-cool COO and a great CEO 4) Flexible timings and Employee-friendly work culture 5) Product teams along with Tech arch with extremely talented developers 6)Very generous appraisals ....So on , So forth

      Cons

      A few minor cons such as 1)Parking issues for 4 wheelers with very limited parking 2)Lost touch after a few strong TECHNICAL managers left. 3)Small company with limited outlook to grow 4) Recently, it has become open for politics/fun , closed for growth/innovations.

      Most people were nice and friendly

      Cons

      The most unethical & unprofessional leadership I have ever worked with. CTP makes no roadmap or gives any direction to the management. Also, lots of office politics. Always more important whom you talk to and whom you know rather than the work you deliver. Definitely, this place is not for smart people at all.
