Pros

Huge company so less likely to get laid off in recession. CEO seems great but not sure he sees what’s really going on at corporate.

Cons

No flexibility in work schedule . They are going to 3-4 days a week in office. Even though there was success in hybrid for 3 years they do not care and want everyone back in office to sit in gray cubicles. Not many leaders, way more upper level that do not know how to lead people. Downstream of work to lower levels so Directors do zero work has been my experience. Benefits are absolute trash. Insurance package is the worst I’ve seen experienced, deductible for family is extremely high along with a high monthly cost. Calm is a mental health program they offer with a very short list of available therapist and basically zero child therapy options. Vacation days are basic- no creativity here, get like 15 days max. Last but not least onboarding is horrendous. No training, no level of awareness of how bad their onboarding is and this is an easy fix and they don’t see it. Oh and many high up VP to P level constantly drop pro GOP buzz words and headlines straight from Fox News- on conference calls with tons of people on them.

Pros

Remote, great starting pay for entry level remote. Team environment was the best part of the experience.

Cons

Very limited to no advancement opportunities with pay increases that don't even match cost of living increases. No HR support and the culture reflects that... not a company that has any flexibility in the way employees are handled when they make a mistake it stacks and is not removes for a year. If you have three mistakes even if they are in totally different areas they will terminate even tenured employees with otherwise perfect records. Not a way to keep good employees.
