I have been working in Lotusworks for 5 years and I feel I have progressed as a professional. I like that we have an open approach and are not afraid to try new things. I like that My Manager is open to new ideas and always supports my professional development. There is an excellent work ethic in the company and people take pride in their work. We have a great group of talented staff. We work towards the highest level of professional but we can have a good laugh together aswell which is important.
Cons
With such a large workforce between Ireland and the USA and staff spread across geographical areas we are working on enhancing the organisations communication and engagement practices. Last year we published an internal quaterly newsletter to keep everyone up to date on what's going on in the business and to recognise the contributions made by our employees to our Clients.
