Pros

Working at Loomis Express as a Call Center Rep has been a positive experience overall. The workplace culture is friendly, and there's a strong sense of teamwork among colleagues. From day one, the training prepared me well for the types of calls and questions we handle daily. It feels good to be part of a company where your efforts are recognized, and you're encouraged to improve. While the role can be challenging at times, especially during peak hours, the support from supervisors makes a big difference. It's a great place to build communication skills and gain experience in a professional setting.

NONE, NO RESPECT , NO TRAINNING , ANY REASON NOT TO GIVE A SALARY INCREASE OR COMMISION

Cons

NO respect for clients, no respect for employees, no respect for clients. They make profit but want more so senior management can make more in bonus and stock options. Do not waste your time , go work somewhere else. No training, no support.
