Pros

This is a great company to work for with a supportive and understanding owner who genuinely cares about employees. The workload is appropriate and manageable, creating a healthy work-life balance. The office has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes it an enjoyable place to work. Overall, it's a positive environment with realistic expectations and a great team culture. Even though they don't offer direct benefit, I receive a stipend each month for health insurance.

Cons

Literally nothing. Probably the best job I've had.

Pros

This is by far the best company I've ever worked for. Joey, the CEO, came from a VC background, and you can feel it in the best possible way. He thinks in hypotheses, not mandates. Everything is a test, there are no wrong answers only disproven hypotheses, and he creates an environment where you're trusted to actually do your job. As he puts it — he lets you cook. No micromanaging, no second-guessing, just real autonomy backed by a leader who wants to see you win. What sets this place apart is the intentionality. The company is built for success — the structure, the culture, the strategy — it's all set up thoughtfully. Joey genuinely cares about the people here, not just professionally but personally. Growth isn't just a buzzword; it's something he actively creates space for. If you're someone who thrives when given ownership and wants to work for a CEO who leads with purpose and actually means it, Longview Restoration is the real deal. Excited to be part of where this is going.

Cons

No cons, unless you don't like fast moving start-up environments where you're challenged to grow.
