‘Younger’ and ‘older’ staff treated differently (different rules for different age groups)
Senior management spoke in derogatory way and berated several employees in front of others in the office.
Little to no training provided. Requested training relevant to job role was refused
Timesheets analysed to the minute with no trust in employees
No benefits, just what they have to provide by law (even making you claim the majority of the 45p per business mile through a self assessment)
Made to feel like you weren’t worth your salary
Office too small for purpose, one small meeting room with very thin walls/ no privacy
Senior management weren’t interested in ideas from employees regarding work opportunities and growing/developing the business
