Pros

Nice business park with some wildlife Literally nothing else

Cons

Toxic culture Micromanagement of employees No trust of employees, excessive tracking of time and whereabouts No security - 1 week notice to terminate you, will dock your pay if you work even 5 minutes less than contracted hours (eg. for doctors appointment) yet expect you to work longer for free Pay on 8th of the month because they spend a week forensically examining time sheets and checking them against signing in/out sheets (so they can dock pay) Obsession with Integrated Management System which has priority over everything else, including employee welfare Have to report every week where you plan to be the following week, even if you are office based all the time Company has an internal recruitment department because their staff turnover is so high they wouldn't be able to afford to pay recruitment agencies. Around 8 employees left in the space of 6 months, and that seemed to not be unusual for them. They try to sell "28 days holiday including bank holidays" and a work place pension as perks...when it's just the law. Literally no other benefits. Terrible traffic to get in and out of work, meaning you could have spend 30 mins just to leave the business park. Parking is limited and causes many arguments amongst the staff, so you have to park miles away from the office and walk. Poor attitude towards treatment of employees, they are expendable in the eyes of management. Several were shouted at and belittled in front of employees during my employment.
