I’m sorry to learn that your experience with London & Partners was not a good one. We are proud that the vast majority of our staff enjoy a fulfilling career with us, but occasionally things do go wrong. We encourage our staff to give us feedback and we do respond to issues raised through our staff surveys and workshops, or made directly to us. We are also proud of the value that we deliver as a business. We have robust measurements for our activity which show that our work returns £18 to the London economy for every £1 invested in us. Our commercial activity currently matches the amount of funding we receive from the Mayor’s Office, as we continue to focus on delivering value for money.
