Pros
Compensation is very competitive. Due to high turnover salary can be negotiated up due to constant need for new hires.
Cons
Poor/weak management. A lot of middle managers, but very few leaders/mentors. Extremely high turnover combined with recent layoffs led to an environment of insecurity and uncertainty.
