Pros
After working here for nearly two years, I really can’t think of enough positive things to say about Logical Position. It’s rare to find a company that works so hard to ensure the success of its employees, and that is such an integral reason why its employees work so hard to ensure the success of our clients. Much has already been said about the camaraderie of Logical Position’s staff, but we really do work as one inclusive team, and the company is successful because of the connection of the people. A great deal of emphasis is placed on industry-specific education for every single person in the company; beginning with your first day on the sales floor and continuing all the way up to CEOs. This focus is one of the reasons that the majority of technical and client service positions are filled by advancing existing employees. At the end of the day, it's all about people helping people help people. Highly qualified applicants are given ample opportunities to grow within the company, and entry-level hires are given every possible resource to maximize their value as individuals and as employees. If you’re looking for either a way to utilize your existing digital marketing knowledge, or to gain new insights into a constantly evolving industry and company, Logical Position really is the best place to be.
Cons
Phone sales can be tedious at times, but the goals are a collaborative approach instead of hard-selling potential clients who can’t benefit from the services.
