They were not transparent with what was going on or what the plans were. They take full service hotels and run them like Hampton Inns. There is no diversity in the Senior Management and they own hotels in very diverse markets. They eliminated the support staff positions and expected the GM to do all accounting functions, all finance functions, all reporting functions and to work 70-80 hours a week. Oh, then they fired the GM in the middle of the day and forced them to walk out with staff watching. This was deliberately cruel. These are not nice people.
