1. Can be travelled to the workplace by bus. 2. Management is 8th fail, so they can't even find out my grammatical errors and approve all my writings without checking twice.
Cons
1. The frustrated middle aged authorities don't have any idea about academic writing. They just act as middlemen. 2. The earn in dollars for each writeup. But they keep the maximum amount (in dollars) and distribute some rupees amongst the writers. For instance, if they are earning $6 for submitting 250 words, then for submitting 1000 words, they are earning $24. Unfortunately, we, the writers hardly get $2 from the 24 dollars earned by the company. So after working for sometime, anyone would understand this strategy and switch to freelancing career where they will get their justified payments instead of earning through middlemen. 3. The management doesn't care about employee wellbeing or retention. They just want to squeeze the last drop of energy out of you and enjoy the earnings. No matter you live or die after working whole day. 4. Since the authorities are from mediocre and uncultured strata of the society, they use slangs often. They harass you when you fail to meet the deadline. And btw, the clients are usually very lenient with deadlines. It's the management that creates the apparent pressure.
