Great Place to Work - Anonymous employee Locus Health Employee Review

Company pivoted to a new primary service offering and their proprietary remote monitoring tools at some point in 2018 and never looked back. Beautiful office in a beautiful community but really supportive of remote work (even pre-pandemic). The current staff are all really connected to their mission, forgiving people, and are great multi-taskers. I saw some crazy review from almost three years ago and assume that person was disgruntled because that's not been my experience at all. Locus has the nicest and most committed team.

Nothing that makes me not enjoy going to work everyday.

My favorite part of working at Locus Health is the culture. The company truly takes care of us, and listens/acts on our ideas and feedback with an open door policy. We wanted nitro coffee on tap- we got it. We wanted team retreats- we got it. We also love to connect with local companies/studios and are offered great corporate discounts to take care of our health, wellness, and work/life balance! I like that we have so many brilliant people in the company from a wide range of specialties and backgrounds that all work to learn from each other. It is amazing to watch the company grow and thrive. We all work together to change lives- very rewarding work! Watching what we do gives me chills.

We are growing rapidly- which is very exiting! However this makes office and meeting space tight. I look forward to moving on to more space (and an updated) building.
