      Pros

      Besides weekly pay, the office is a comfortable place to work with a staff that feel like family only after 3 short months working here. Managment is understanding and definitley uphold an open door policy. The work is actually very rewarding as well and management really does take the time to let you know "good work!" If you work hard the company not only rewards you with praise but with perks

      Cons

      I can truthfully say at this point, being an employee for 3 months I can say there are not any cons

      Pros

      It is a great atmosphere. You are given everything you need to succeed. The pay is excellent, even for people who are new to the team. I just left the company last week and would recommend Local Search Group to anyone looking in the area right now.

      Cons

      It may not be for you if you can't stay focused/motivated. If you can though (which is required of most jobs), you are rewarded nicely every payday.
