      Pros

      They are moving forward and making decisions pretty quickly. Generally there is a startup vibe in the team which can bring a lot of motivation.

      Cons

      They tend get rid of the employee rather than give any feedback or any hints to improve, which can be quite an unpleasant surprise. Backup / contingency plan is strongly recommended. Being too smart and proactive can backfire pretty badly. The turnover of the staff is very high. If you did too well on the interview they tend to reject.

      - Tech department do the best by customers. - Decisions can be made pretty quickly.

      Cons

      - Not a true SaaS company - constant product changes when signing new clients. - Lack of long-term vision from leadership. - Commercial department run the show - constant changes to strategy. - Lay offs every year, usually in January. - No career progression as company is so small.
