      Lots of OT, can pick hours from other houses within the community.

      Cons

      Heavy work with residents; Company doesn’t care to see that workers are over feeding the residents and how fat the residents get and keeps over feeding them.

      Strong leadership and amazing people throughout the company.

      Cons

      As with any non-profit, pay could be more competitive. The flexibility and generous PTO make up for the lower base rate.
