      Pros

      Friendly, welcoming team. Big push on training and self improvement with opportunities for progression. Very flexible and a good work life balance. Work with some massive well known brands. Management team are always happy to hear any ideas you have for improvement. I've always found management to be approachable and friendly.

      Cons

      Office needs an update, but that is now in progress.

      Pros

      - I love the work as I get to work across many different clients & tools which means the work is never stale and I continue to grow. This also helps me retain talent on my team. - The culture is excellent, which wasn't always the case. Over the last 2 years, there has been executive leadership changes and with this new group came a FANTASTIC new culture. The transparency and communication has greatly improved and there is a real sense of team unity now. - There is always opportunity to grow your career. I have seen many employees get promoted multiple times and carve out new roles for themselves. If you are a hard worker, you will be rewarded. - Unlimited time off, within reason of course. - Flexibility for remote work even prior to covid.

      Cons

      - 401k match is on the low side.
