awful working system, bad environment with no leadership at all from the company. Having non designers as management has it own downside. They are unable to understand the industry and developed lots of useless processes to go thru. Imagine having to walk from point A to point B and fill in a bunch of google forms to proceed and waiting for people to reply when the company itself is a client based company with actual datelines to handover the house. The backend people have no sense of urgency. As Designer you will NEVER handover your project on time due to the system. Good luck getting punch by clients over and over again.
