Pros

This is a great job if you want to feel like you're doing important meaningful work. Additionally, your coworkers are your support in this work environment, and they really feel like one big family. The pay is pretty decent, and the benefits aren't bad.

Cons

They have just recently started making changes with scheduling and it is an actual mess. You never know until the last minute who you will be working with, getting in contact with the scheduler about schedule mistakes or scheduling time off is like pulling teeth. There is a lot of petty and catty behavior from the upper management (clinical director, PMA's, and PM'S). Don't get sick more than 6 times a year or you will be in deep water. How do you manage not getting sick when you work with kids? Let me know because it seems impossible to me. It is a very rewarding job, if things were run more correctly from upper management. It is a job that has a lot of burnout because it is intense, but they don't allow you enough time off for mental health days or even emergencies (sick, family issues, just life).I wish I had listened to the negative reviews on this site before accepting this job because I now feel trapped, and I've never felt more undervalued, uncomfortable, or exhausted at a job in my life.

Pros

I have seen truly effective work done there and seen amazing relationships blossom.

Cons

I was assigned to a child that was not a good fit for my health and I tried to get reassigned with HR. They refused. My impression is that some of the technical structure is designed to focus on the kids, but sometimes is too rigid for accomodating employees reasonable needs

Pros

Plenty of hours, great BCBAs and they pay you to take the RBT exam. I think their practices are better than many other ABA centers and they care a lot about their patients.

Cons

Poor work life balance, small breaks, poor communication with schedulers, bad work culture. It was very difficult to be full time and they gave very little feedback and offered very little support during my transition. You are just kind of expected to get it immediately with no grace period. This job has a high turnover rate for a reason.
