      Pros

      They flexible if you have to leave or miss a day.

      Cons

      The owners are horrible and only care about money. They will illegally withhold money from your last check and lower you down to minimum wage. They let kids come sick all the time and they allow students to hit/spit/kick teachers with no repercussions. They also make leads work over 50 hours a week at a 30k salary.

      Pros

      Great director who cares about the cleanliness and organization of company and the safety of the children, wonderful staff, great team work, and cameras in classrooms to monitor ratio and help combine so teachers can clean efficiently.

      Cons

      I was only there for the summer season! Would still be there if I didn't move.
