Pros
The people I work with became family very quickly. The work is easy if you're up front, the location I'm at really let's you slack off if it's a slow day. Overall easy work, the interview was a piece of cake as well. Free pizza all day long, although it isn't that good.
Cons
Everyone except management starts out at 7.25 minimum wage and it's really hard to move up. When they do allow you to move up you have to take tests and even then you only move up 25 cents! The managers SUCK, I only have one manager that I like and that was the hiring manager. The employees are annoying and never do their work, yet the ones who are doing their work get yelled at instead. It's infuriating. Busy days are the worst because all managers know how to do is yell at you when you're not sprinting across the damn store like it's the olympics.
