      Pros

      Excellent company to work for, great benefits. Good working culture in a matrix environment. Hard working individuals, leadership team generally focuses on what is best for employees, shareholders, customers, and the company.

      Cons

      Large, matrixed organization. A lot of consensus building required to move initiatives forward working with cross-functional leaders to align on priorities for initiatives. Global alignment also required for certain regional initiatives due to Global CoEs aimed with standardizing systems, platforms and processes.
