      Pros

      Generous pay, higher than average benefits, respect for work/life balance, and most importantly good people in Blue Bell, PA Office

      Cons

      WEAK MANAGEMENT IN U.S., too much intervention from HQ in Germany can be detrimental to workflow, Very difficult to work with partners in India as their only focus is to satisfy HQ, Complete separation between gas & engineering business units (before joining the firm, I expected both units to be more uniform sharing success and difficulties, I was completely wrong)

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
