Competitive wage, and affordable benefits. Good hours, seldom on call for work after hours.
Cons
They let their facilities deteriorate to the point that they are embarrassing. Paint falling off the walls, ancient paneling with holes in it, and bathrooms that look like they should be in an abandoned building. Have a recent tetanus shot if you go in there.
