Pros
I absolutely loved working with the Limitless and the team. Unfortunately, I personally have worked with "scams" & in NO WAY Is Limitless one of those companies. This is by far NOT a scam!!! What was that reviewer thinking?!?Mngmt/HR cares A LOT about the teams, the community, environment, & people. Limitless' core team seems to cares more about us, the employees; than they care about their own time. The team, owner, partners, and HR Dept will drop anything to ensure you are not only heard, but feel heard and to make sure you know you're an important part of the team. To me; that's priceless, refreshing, & rare (more like extinct). I cannot find that same vibe & atmosphere since moving! HR, Partners, mngrs: take time for yourself, it's well deserved! Limitless doesn't even work with the home depot! Its a shame that I had to leave/move (my husband is in the Navy, were again being relocated). I was excited to come to work everyday, the 'competition' is healthy, fun, fierce & makes the job exciting. The team's amazing with the best commeratery I've seen. Or been privy to. EVERYONE has an opportunity. Free/paid & voulentary business trips are always happening! Limitless creates businesses, build up others, welcomes all that are willing to put in the time, effort, and do the job.. now a non profit charity organization! Idk why someone would say they're a "scam". I've ALWAYS gotten paid on time, every single week! We are always being awknowleged for the dedication and hard work we put in. If you're new and not feeling or seeing that then there is probably something you're not doing (as far as your job). You do not have to be a rocket scientist, have a degree, or be somebody special to become a partner in this business quickly. We all have had the SAME opportunity that somebody with a BA/PHD/MD/AA or 20+ years of experience has had. Which I LOVED, coming from a tough background.
Cons
Lots of training, personal development and adaptability is a must. Why? Expansions, training, and endless possibilities of employment/future careers. Owner is always on the employee's "side". Promotions into mngmt for past experienced workers are merit based.. Ive seen people with no past experience get promoted before someone that has 15+ yrs experience. Why?: They're current work ethic, merit, and how much we are willing to learn, train, develop, & invest (Not Money, rather time & energy) into a career, and future. NONE of these are cons, but for MORONICS that post unnecessary and false reviews w/o knowing the biz; here are the facts. You cannot learn about a biz in a few hours. It doesn't work like that. Currently they can't transfer you to another location, yet. However, I hope that in the near future will have more locations for Int'l people, out of staters, or ppl like myself that must move.
