Pros
- the work is challenging but extremely rewarding and the team is always happy to jump in and help - the people working here are honestly the best - a bunch of extremely intelligent people who are passionate for their work and at the same time they are empathetic and will always find the time to chat to you, make you laugh and help if they can - open communication - senior leadership tries to constantly improve the internal processes - the company culture is amazing - people appreciate every individual effort and shout out about it; they help whenever someone struggles with a topic less familiar to them; there is no micromanagement - the company-wide team buildings twice a year somewhere in Europe are something very few employers offer - counselling sessions are provided to each individual which is a great perk and shows real care around mental health
Cons
- heavy workloads (it's a startup so that's expected)
