Toxic workplace. Layoffs all the time, zero job security. Culture of fear. Everybody is worried. Senior leadership team is horrible, new CEO is horrible, they fill all the senior roles with their friends from their previous company. Senior leadership is also extremely fiscally irresponsible, spending hundreds of thousands on an entirely unnecessary rebranding and on a company-wide offsite, only to lay high-performing staff off a few months later due to budgetary concerns. Questions about poor decision-making are seen as questioning authority. And when asked questions about diversity in senior leadership team, they shed tears and accuse employees of racism. Epitome of white fragility. And yes, they are all white or white-passing and that's not racist to say, no matter how much it breaks their hearts and makes them sad. Turned a proud Canadian company into a shameful American one. :(
