Brilliant Company to Work For - Anonymous employee Like Technologies Employee Review

When I worked there, I was fresh out of university working on Legacy systems. The development lead at the time took me under their wing and taught me best practices in modern software development. 4 years later I'm now a software team lead and I can attribute a lot of it to that man. Very relaxed, deadlines were almost non existent. Had a great laugh with the people who work there. Paid per hour so you could work extra if you needed more money. "Flexible" in the sense that as long as I did my hours I was able to come in later/leave earlier

Really low salaries. Work used to slump and you could end up being quite bored.

I am currently employed by Like Technologies and I can honestly say I am deeply satisfied with the level of care and respect shown by the management team towards their employees. The sense of community and morale I’ve experienced within this team is unparalleled to any other previous employment I have encountered. Everybody is hard working, kind and appreciative which I believe compliments the management team in itself. The team works efficiently and as a result the work produced is effective and of good quality in every possible aspect

I have not yet discovered any cons and highly doubt that I will during my time of employment here.
